Access & Security Info

Security and uncomplicated access to your belongings are our highest priorities. This is how access works for tenants:

Digital Access: Access control is digital using transponder authentication.
Own Padlock: Each box has its own padlock on the storage unit, for which only you hold the keys.
Security Monitoring: The halls and outdoor areas are fully video-monitored (recording runs on external servers) and alarm-secured.
Fenced Area: The storage spaces are additionally separated from the other storage areas by a solid steel fence and privacy screen.

Directions

By Car / Transporter

Direct highway connection via A3 (exit Lirich). Turn into the courtyard entrance at Duisburger Str. 309 (access to Pallas gym).

Loading & Unloading on site

Loading and unloading takes place in the courtyard. Two covered roller doors (2.0m x 2.5m), a truck ramp (max. 7.5t truck, no 20t semi-trucks), and a movable, height-adjustable sprinter ramp are available free of charge. Permanent parking in the yard is not permitted (only for loading).

By Public Transit

There is a bus stop right in front of the building. You can reach us quickly and easily from Oberhausen Main Station.
